A cold December night out Christmas Caroling.
Keihlin just dumped the remaining reindeer food all over the floor.
Keihlin spreading a little reindeer food on the front lawn.
Paityn making sure that the entire front yard in covered with reindeer food.
Splitting up reindeer food to spread over the snow in the front yard.
Tess and one of her Christmas gifts. The kids had to wrap them at least twice before I had them put them into boxes. Tess could smell her gifts and several times was scolded for digging under the tree and destroying wrapped gifts. She discovered all of hers and had to have them taken away several times. She is now just happy to be able to chew on one of them without being reprimanded.

The only damage done after skidding out of control for about 1/8th of a mile on ice. We ended up against the guard rail and fortunately were able to continue home. We are just so thankful that this turned out as well as it did.
This is a photo of the car that hit us. I took the picture using my rear view mirror.
The ambulance and fire-trucks met us at an exit ramp near Gypsum, CO. after we were hit from behind on I-70. The roads were horrible at this point. They wanted to make sure we were all ok, Paityn hit her head pretty good on the window. She was fine and we were able to continue on home after about a 2 hour delay. This was a very long trip home from Kansas.
Had a blow out at 7:30 a.m. only 30 minutes into our 10 hour trip.Trying on firefighter gear.
Paityn has a pheasant egg that her Uncle Scott found in a field while hunting birds in KS. Very Cool.
Keihlin getting a good look at a rooster pheasant. I think he wanted it as a pet.
