Our landscaping project has officially begun.  We have planted ash trees, put in shrubs and sprinklers.  We are now waiting for the curbing and sod.  This place really is starting to look good.

The kids have started golf lessons.  Paityn liked it so much she is signed up for the next session.

Father's Day with my dad.  He happened to be in the neighborhood and gladly stopped in for a visit and some GREAT GRILLING!

Here we are dressed for the SASS Diamond Mountain Rustlers 2nd annual two day shoot held in Vernal Utah June 18th & 19th.  Ken had a great time and we enjoyed watching him compete.

I have had the opportunity to have the kids cousins for a couple of days this summer and here is what we have been up to.

Ken's new lifted jeep has returned home.  The Rangely Rock Crawlers are having a women's' course Saturday morning at 9:00 that Ken is actually going to let me drive in so that we can test out the new tires and gears.  I will have to let you know how it turns out.

Easter 2009 with Bohan's

Hoppy Easter to everyone.  LOL  (here came peter cotton tail, hopping down the bunny trail,) IT WAS OVER BEFORE WE KNEW IT.

We had such a great Easter this year.  Brad, Patty & Emerson flew out for a short visit.  We had great friends over for a ham dinner and we found lots of eggs.  We are still eating on eggs and have another 2 dozen to go.  I am not a big fan of ham and beans, but I attempted to make it this weekend.  They actually turned out okay.  Ken loved them, of course he is a huge fan anyway.  I spiced them up a little with green chilies, onion, etc. and served them with beer bread.  It was a pretty tasty dinner even if I have to say so myself.
